メイター・ティロッシュ（Israel イスラエル） Meytar Tirosh

17歳にして既にイスラエル・フィルハーモニー管弦楽団とソリストとして共演しており、音楽には国境を越え、紛争を解決する力があると強く信じている。アメリカ・イスラエル文化財団の奨学金を優秀な成績で受賞し、パーヴォ・ヤルヴィの指導の下、ヤルヴィ音楽アカデミーを卒業。
パーカッショニストのユヴァル・ヤキールやチェリストのマルセル・キッツなど、世界的に著名な若手アーティストと共演しており、2025年のパルヌ音楽祭でも共演。指揮によるコンサートが好評を博したことを受け、イスラエルを代表する合唱団の一つであるモラン・アンサンブルのアシスタント指揮者に任命される。
イスラエル初のオリジナル・クラシック・レパートリー専門の吹奏楽団を自ら創設。ハイファ交響楽団、イスラエル国立青少年吹奏楽団、パルヌ市管弦楽団など、様々なオーケストラやアンサンブルを指揮している。
作曲家として、数々のコンクールで受賞。作品はイスラエルのクラシックラジオで放送され、フィナーレ・アンサンブルやクラリネット奏者のジョナサン・ハダスをはじめとするイスラエルを代表するアーティストによって演奏されている。
自身の活動の一環として、イスラエルのアメリカン・インターナショナル・スクールで指揮者兼教育者として、世界各国から集まる生徒たちに音楽を指導し、困窮している地域社会を支援するためのチャリティコンサートにも複数回出演。
伝説的指揮者、レナード・バーンスタインの弟子である指揮者レオニード・グリンに師事。10月からは、ベルリンの名門ハンス・アイスラー音楽大学で学士号取得を目指し学ぶ予定。

Israeli conductor Meytar Tirosh, already at age 17 performed as a soloist with Israeli Philharmonic, firmly believes in the power of music to cross nations and solve conflicts. Tirosh received America-Israel cultural foundation scholarship with distinction, and graduated Järvi academy under the guidance of Paavo Järvi. Tirosh has collaborated with several leading young artists around the world, including percussionist Yuval Yakir, and cellist Marcel Kits- performing together at the Pärnu Music Festival 2025. Following a successful concert under his conducting, he was appointed assistant conductor at Moran ensemble- one of Israel’s leading choirs. Tirosh founded Israel’s first wind ensemble dedicated to original classical repertoire. He has conducted various orchestras and ensembles, including the Haifa Symphony Orchestra, the Israeli National Youth Wind Orchestra, and the Pärnu City Orchestra. As a composer, he has won several competitions, with his works broadcasted on Israeli classical radio and performed by leading Israeli artists, including the Finale Ensemble and clarinettist Jonathan Hadas. In accordance with his agenda, he worked in the American international school in Israel as a conductor and educator, where he taught music to students from all around the world, and he has performed several times in concerts aimed to supporting communities in need. He studies privately with the conductor Leonid Grin, a pupil of the legendary Leonard Bernstein. Starting from October, he will complete his bachelor's degree at the prestigious Hanns Eisler school for music, Berlin.

町田 謙太郎(まちだ けんたろう)（日本） Kentaro Machida

2000年、札幌市に生まれる。5歳よりイギリス在住。 オックスフォード大学音楽学科を優等（First Class）で卒業。最終試験ではオルガンソロ演奏で学年最高点を取得。在学中はオックスフォード・マートン・カレッジでSenior Organ Scholarとして、受賞歴のあるコーラスのオルガニストを務め、英国・ヨーロッパ・米国での演奏ツアーにも参加。BBCにも録音がある。在学中に、英国王立オルガン協会（Royal College of Organists）のAssociate資格を取得。
ロイヤル・コンセルヴァトワール・オブ・スコットランド（RCS）のオーケストラ指揮修士課程を修了し、現在、ハリー・カーティス、スティーヴン・スローンの指導のもと、ベルリン芸術大学（Universität der Künste Berlin）のオーケストラ指揮科、Advanced Professional Training Programmeに在学中。
第7回アテネ国際コンクールで優勝。東京・春・音楽祭の第5回イタリアオペラアカデミー指揮受講生に選ばれ、リッカルド・ムーティの指導のもと、ヴェルディのシモン・ボッカネグラ最終幕を指揮。2026年より、ドイツ音楽評議会（Deutscher Musikrat）が主催する若手指揮者のための全国的育成プログラム「Forum Dirigieren」の奨学生。
Deutsches Symphonie-Orchester Berlin、Brandenburgisches Staatsorchester Frankfurt Oderなどドイツ各地のオーケストラやアンサンブルと共演のほか、BBCスコティッシュ交響楽団、ロイヤル・スコティッシュ・ナショナル管弦楽団、スコティッシュ・オペラ管弦楽団、RedNote Ensemble、スコティッシュ・チェンバー・オーケストラ・ウィンズ、キプロス交響楽団、アテネ・フィルハーモニア管弦楽団、RCS交響楽団、Hebrides Ensembleなどを指揮。
また、ミヒャエル・シェーンヴァント、ヴァシリー・シナイスキー、キャサリン・ラーセン＝マギュア、マイケル・シール、パトリック・ガロワ、ミハリス・エコノムー、ナタリア・ルイス＝バッサ各氏のアシスタントを務める。
これまでに、RCSでマーティン・ブラビンズに師事したほか、リッカルド・ムーティ、ヨハネス・シュレーフリ、ニコラス・パスケー、ローランド・メリア、アントニー・ヘルマス、スチュアート・ストラットフォード、ミハリス・エコノムー、ライアン・バンクロフト、シアン・エドワーズ、ジェームズ・ロウ、トーマス・ソンデルゴー、ジョン・ウィルソン、マイケル・シールとアレクサンダー・ポリシュチュク各氏から指導を受ける。

Born in Sapporo, Japan in 2000. Lived in the UK since age 5.
Graduated with honors (First Class) from the Oxford University Music Department. Achieved the highest score in the class for organ solo performance in the final exam. While at Oxford, served as Senior Organ Scholar at Merton College, Oxford, as organist for an award-winning chorus, and participated in performance tours in the UK, Europe, and the US. Recordings were made for the BBC. While at Oxford, obtained an Associate qualification from the Royal College of Organists.
Completed a Master's program in Orchestral Conducting at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland (RCS), and is currently studying in the Advanced Professional Training Programme for Orchestral Conducting at the Berlin University of the Arts (Universität der Künste Berlin) under the guidance of Harry Curtis and Stephen Sloane.
He won first prize at the 7th Athens International Competition. He was selected as a conducting student for the 5th Italian Opera Academy at the Tokyo Spring Music Festival, where he conducted the final act of Verdi's Simon Boccanegra under the guidance of Riccardo Muti. Since 2026, he has been a scholarship recipient of the "Forum Dirigieren," a national training program for young conductors organized by the German Music Council (Deutscher Musikrat).
He has performed with orchestras and ensembles throughout Germany, including the Deutsches Symphonie-Orchester Berlin and the Brandenburgisches Staatsorchester Frankfurt Oder, and has also conducted orchestras such as the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra, the Royal Scottish National Orchestra, the Scottish Opera Orchestra, Red Note Ensemble, Scottish Chamber Orchestra Winds, Cyprus Symphony Orchestra, Athens Philharmonia Orchestra, RCS Symphony Orchestra, and Hebrides Ensemble.
He has also served as an assistant to Michael Schönwand, Wassily Sinaisky, Catherine Larsen-Maguer, Michael Seale, Patrick Gallois, Michalice Economeu, and Natalia Luis-Bassa.
Previously, she studied with Martin Brabbins at RCS, and received instruction from Riccardo Muti, Johannes Schläfli, Nicolas Pasquet, Roland Melia, Antony Helmass, Stuart Stratford, Michalice Economeu, Ryan Bancroft, Sian Edwards, James Lowe, Thomas Sondelgaard, John Wilson, Michael Seale, and Alexander Polishchuk.

ジュディット・ボベロ（France フランス） Judith Baubérot

クラシック音楽と現代音楽をより身近なものにすることに情熱を注ぐフランス人指揮者兼ヴァイオリニスト。特に革新的なプログラム編成と自身の芸術プロジェクトの展開に力を入れている。
2023年に指揮科を卒業後、ジュネーブ室内管弦楽団賞を受賞。ジュネーブ室内管弦楽団と定期的に共演するほか、サヴォワ地方管弦楽団（フランス）、ブランデンブルク交響楽団、フランクフルト・アン・デア・オーダー・ブランデンブルク州立管弦楽団（ドイツ）、ヴァルミア・マズールィ・フィルハーモニー管弦楽団（ポーランド）、ケチケメート交響楽団（ハンガリー）など、ヨーロッパ各地の数多くのオーケストラを指揮。
ジュネーブ高等音楽院でローラン・ゲイに指揮を師事し、2025年にはベルリン芸術大学に入学、ハリー・カーティスのもとで指揮者のための上級専門研修を受ける。ニコラ・パスケ、ヨハネス・シュレーフリ、ヨルマ・パヌラ、ペーター・エトヴェシュ、ミヒャエル・シェーンヴァントといった著名な教育者たちからも指導を受ける。
2023年から2025年にかけて、ジュネーブ音楽院（HEM）のオーケストラ部門と指揮科でアシスタントを務め、指揮の選択科目も担当。期間中、ジュネーブ大学オーケストラの芸術監督兼音楽監督も務める。2023年8月には、社会貢献プロジェクト「NEOJIBA」の一環としてブラジルに1ヶ月滞在し、青少年オーケストラの指揮やヴァイオリンの指導を行う。
アシスタント指揮者として、マルク・ルロワ＝カラタユやラファエル・メルランと定期的に共演しており、特にジュネーブ室内管弦楽団との共演では、『ロメオとジュリエット』（2023年）、『エレクトロフォーヌス』（2024年）、『ウェルテル』（2025年）、『火の鳥』（2025年）などのバレエやオペラ作品を手がけている。2025年4月には、HEM（ジュネーブ室内管弦楽団）にて、フンパーディンクの『ヘンゼルとグレーテル』で初のオペラ指揮を務めた。
指揮活動と並行して、現代音楽の創作と学際的なプロジェクトに取り組む弦楽四重奏団、クァルテットMOMOの創設メンバーでもある。この四重奏団は、2024年のオルフェウス国際コンクール第3位、2025年のオゼ国際コンクール第1位など数々の賞を受賞しており、古典と現代のレパートリー、現代音楽、即興演奏、舞台演出を組み合わせた独創的なプログラムを展開している。

Judith Baubérot is a French conductor and violinist dedicated to making classical and contemporary music more accessible. She is particularly interested in innovative programming and the development of her own artistic projects. After graduating in conducting in 2023, she was awarded the Geneva Chamber Orchestra Prize. She regularly collaborates with the Orchestre de Chambre de Genève, and has conducted numerous orchestras across Europe, including the Orchestre des Pays de Savoie (France), Brandenburger Symphoniker and Brandenburgisches Staatsorchester Frankfurt (Oder) (Germany), the Warmian–Masurian Philharmonic (Poland) ,and the Kecskemét Symphony Orchestra (Hungary). Judith studied conducting at the Haute École de Musique de Genève under the guidance of Laurent Gay, and in 2025 entered the Universität der Künste Berlin to take part in the Advanced Professional Training for Conductors with Harry Curtis. She has also benefited from the teaching of renowned pedagogues such as Nicolas Pasquet, Johannes Schlaefli, Jorma Panula, Peter Eötvös, and Michael Schønwandt. Between 2023 and 2025, she served as an assistant in the orchestral department and conducting class at the HEM, where she also taught an elective course in conducting. During this period, she was Artistic and Music Director of the University Orchestra of Geneva. In August 2023, she spent one month in Brazil with the social project NEOJIBA, conducting youth orchestras and teaching violin, reflecting her strong commitment to music education and outreach. As an assistant conductor, Judith regularly collaborates with Marc Leroy-Calatayud and Raphaël Merlin, notably with the Orchestre de Chambre de Genève on ballet and opera productions such as Roméo et Juliette (2023), Electrofaune (2024), Werther (2025), and The Firebird (2025). In April 2025, she conducted her first opera production, Humperdinck’s Hänsel und Gretel, at the HEM. Alongside her conducting career, Judith is a founding member of the Quatuor MOMO, a string quartet dedicated to contemporary creation and interdisciplinary projects. The quartet has received several awards, including Third Prize at the Orpheus Competition 2024 and First Prize at Osez 2025, and develops original programs combining classical and modern repertoire, contemporary music, improvisation, and staging.

八木 響輝(やぎ ひびき)（日本） Hibiki Yagi

千葉県船橋市出身。
16歳から指揮を始める。
2024年3月に千葉県立幕張総合高校を卒業し、同年4月に東京藝術大学指揮科に入学。現在、同大学3年に在籍。
2026年4月より京都市ジュニアオーケストラ合奏指導者を務める。
これまでに指揮を三河正典、下野竜也、山下一史に師事。
また、ジョルト・ナジのマスタークラスを受講。

Born in Funabashi City, Chiba Prefecture.
Began conducting at the age of 16.
Graduated from Chiba Prefectural Makuhari Sogo High School in March 2024 and entered the conducting department of Tokyo University of the Arts in April of the same year. Currently a third-year student at the university.
Served as ensemble instructor for the Kyoto City Junior Orchestra from April 2026.
Studied conducting under Masanori Mikawa, Tatsuya Shimono, and Kazufumi Yamashita.
Also participated in a masterclass with Zsolt Nagy.

榊 真由(さかきまゆ)（日本） Mayu Sakaki

桐朋女子高等学校音楽科ピアノ科および桐朋学園大学指揮専攻卒業。桐朋学園大学研究生指揮専攻修了。指揮を梅田俊明氏、ピアノを三輪郁氏に師事。
2013年, 2014年 霧島国際音楽祭指揮クラスにて音楽祭賞受賞、2014年 ファイナルコンサートを指揮。2016年 桐朋学園室内楽演奏会に二台ピアノで出演。2018年 桐朋学園大学とローマ・サンタチェチーリア音楽院の交換留学生として短期留学。
2019年〜2021年 NHK交響楽団にて首席指揮者パーヴォ・ヤルヴィ氏のアシスタントを務める。2020年〜2023年 東邦音楽大学非常勤講師。2023年 NHK大河ドラマ「どうする家康」音楽レコーディングにて劇中音楽の指揮を務める。2024年 藤原歌劇団オペラ「ピーア・デ・トロメイ」にて副指揮者を務める。
2020年〜 桐朋学園大学指揮運営委員会嘱託演奏員。

Graduated from the Piano Department of Toho Girls' High School Music Course and the Conducting Department of Toho Gakuen University. Completed postgraduate studies in conducting at Toho Gakuen University. Studied conducting under Toshiaki Umeda and piano under Iku Miwa.
In 2013 and 2014, received the Music Festival Award at the Kirishima International Music Festival Conducting Class, and conducted the final concert in 2014. In 2016, performed in a two-piano concert at the Toho Gakuen Chamber Music Concert. In 2018, studied abroad for a short period as an exchange student between Toho Gakuen University and the Santa Cecilia Conservatory in Rome.
From 2019 to 2021, served as assistant to Principal Conductor Paavo Järvi of the NHK Symphony Orchestra. From 2020 to 2023, served as a part-time lecturer at Toho College of Music. In 2023, conducted the music for the NHK Taiga drama "Dousuru Ieyasu" (What to Do Ieyasu). In 2024, she served as assistant conductor for the Fujiwara Opera Company's production of "Pia de Tolomei."
From 2020, she has been a commissioned performer for the Toho Gakuen University Conducting and Management Committee.

ラファエル・フレ（Switzerland　スイス） Fellay Raphael

1992年ジュネーブ生まれ。ジュネーブ音楽院でヴァイオリン、ヴィオラ、ピアノを学ぶ。14歳でアンサンブル・インストゥルメンタル・ロマンの指揮者エリック・バウアーに師事し指揮を始め、後にアシスタントを務め、同アンサンブルを幾度となく指揮した。また、スイス・ロマンド管弦楽団のザミスをはじめとする青少年オーケストラの創設と指揮も行う。ヴァーサとヘルシンキでヨルマ・パヌラに師事して指揮の研鑽を積み、その後もマスタークラスや個人指導を通してリューディガー・ボーンの指導を受け、芸術的な成長を続けた。
近年はバイロイト音楽祭の指揮フェローを務め、ベルリン・ドイツ・オペラでのワーグナーの『タンホイザー』や、ザールブリュッケン・カイザースラウテルン・ドイツ放送フィルハーモニー管弦楽団、ミラノのイ・ポメリッギ・ムジカーリ、ボローニャ市立劇場管弦楽団とのコンサートでピエタリ・インキネンを補佐した。また、ベルリン・シンフォニエッタ、セルビア国立劇場ノヴィ・サド、ブダペスト・ドナウビア管弦楽団、ヘルシンキ首都圏管弦楽団、ヴァーサ市立管弦楽団、アゴスト管弦楽団ヘルシンキ、ドゥブロヴニク交響楽団、リトアニア国立交響楽団、ソフィア・アレグラ音楽祭管弦楽団など、数多くの交響楽団やオペラ・アンサンブルを指揮している。

Born in Geneva in 1992, Raphael Fellay studied at the Geneva Conservatory of Music, training in violin, viola and piano. He began conducting at the age of 14 with Eric Bauer, director of the Ensemble Instrumental Romand, later serving as his assistant and conducting the Ensemble on numerous occasions. He also founded and directed youth orchestras, including the Zamis of the Orchestre de la Suisse Romande. He refined his conducting studies with Jorma Panula in Vaasa and Helsinki, and continued his artistic development with Rüdiger Bohn through masterclasses and individual coaching.
In recent seasons, Raphael Fellay has served as Conducting Fellow in Bayreuth and assisted Pietari Inkinen on Wagner’s Tannhäuser at the Deutsche Oper Berlin and on concerts with the Deutsche Radio Philharmonie Saarbrücken Kaiserslautern, I Pomeriggi Musicali in Milan, and the Orchestra del Teatro Comunale di Bologna. He has conducted symphonic and operatic ensembles including the Berlin Sinfonietta, the Serbian National Theatre Novi Sad, the Danubia Orchestra Budapest, the Helsinki Metropolitan Orchestra, the Vaasa City Orchestra, the Agosto Orchestra Helsinki, the Dubrovnik Symphony Orchestra, the Lithuanian State Symphony Orchestra, and the Allegra Festival Orchestra Sofia, among others.

平林 遼(ひらばやし りょう)（日本） Ryo Hirabayashi

1988年東京生まれ。
2019年9月、第1回イタリア国際指揮者コンクールにて第3位を受賞。また10月には第4回ニーノ・ロータ国際指揮者コンクールにて3人のファイナリストの内の1人として聴衆賞を受賞。
19年11月にはNHK交響楽団、東京都交響楽団、読売日本交響楽団、新日本フィルハーモニー交響楽団、山形交響楽団等のメンバーや著名ソリスト等で構成される、こがねいガラ・オーケストラを指揮し、「こがねいガラ・コンサート2019 歌劇『ドン・ジョヴァンニ』(宮本益光 主演/演出)」にて、急遽代役を務め好評を得た。
7才でピアノを始め、14才の時に指揮者を志し、3年後より本格的に指揮を学び始める。 11年、東京音楽大学指揮科を卒業。同大学にて、指揮を広上淳一氏に師事。 14年ロリン・マゼール氏審査の選考を経て、マエストロ・マゼール・マスタークラスに招待される。氏の邸宅にて、直接、指導・薫陶を受ける。この期間中に病により逝去された氏の、最後の弟子の一人となる。 15年、200通以上の応募から、8名の候補者の内の1人として、ムーティ氏審査による、リッカルド・ムーティ・イタリアン・オペラ・アカデミー最終選考に招聘される。ムーティ氏とのやり取りや、氏のリハーサル見学等を通じ、同アカデミー内で学ぶ。
欧州留学のため、2015年始めから2017年始めまでベルリン在住。その間、オーケストラ・ジョヴァンニ・ルイージ・ケルビーニ（イタリア）、ノース・チェコ・フィルハーモニック（チェコ）、ボフスラフ・マルティヌー・オーケストラ （チェコ）、ジョルジュ・エネスコ・フィルハーモニック（ルーマニア）等、ヨーロッパ各地のオーケストラを指揮。その他、これまでにオーケストラ・アンサンブル金沢、日本センチュリー交響楽団、ザルツブルク・チェンバー・ソロイスツ（オーストリア）、ベルリン・シンフォニエッタ（ドイツ）、アルゴヴィア・フィルハーモニック（スイス）、 カダケス・オーケストラ（スペイン）、キャスルトン・フェスティヴァル・オーケストラ（アメリカ）、ボルディゲーラ・シンフォニー・オーケストラ（イタリア）、ステイト・アカデミック・シンフォニー・オーケストラ・オブ・カザフスタン（カザフスタン）、オーケストラ・マーニャ・グレーチャ(イタリア)、オーケストラ・オブ・オペラ・ロイヤル・ドゥ・ワロニー・リエージュ(ベルギー)等を指揮。日本国内においても、​多くのオーケストラ・合唱団・オペラ公演等を指揮。
​ 作曲家としては2024年6月1日「Water color, Black and White」を初演。2025年11月3日には、3管編成の管弦楽と混声合唱による「神秘の存在証明」を初演予定。 ピアニストとしては、ガーシュウィン：ラプソディー・イン・ブルーやベートーヴェン：ピアノ協奏曲第1番等のレパートリーで指揮とピアノ独奏を同時に務める他、ソロ・室内楽のレパートリーも手掛ける。
2024年4月より東京音楽大学指揮科講師。

Born in Tokyo in 1988.
In September 2019, he won third prize at the 1st Italian International Conducting Competition. In October of the same year, he was one of three finalists to receive the Audience Award at the 4th Nino Rota International Conducting Competition. In November 2019, he conducted the Koganei Gala Orchestra, which is comprised of members from orchestras such as the NHK Symphony Orchestra, Tokyo Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra, Yomiuri Nippon Symphony Orchestra, New Japan Philharmonic Orchestra, and Yamagata Symphony Orchestra, as well as renowned soloists. He also stepped in at short notice to perform in the "Koganei Gala Concert 2019: Opera 'Don Giovanni' (starring/directed by Masumitsu Miyamoto)," receiving critical acclaim.
He began playing the piano at age 7, decided to become a conductor at age 14, and began seriously studying conducting three years later. In 2011, he graduated from the conducting department of Tokyo College of Music. At the same university, he studied conducting under Junichi Hirokami. In 2014, after being selected by Lorin Maazel, he was invited to the Maestro Maazel Masterclass. He received direct instruction and guidance from Maestro Maazel at his residence. He became one of Maestro Maazel's last students, as Maestro Maazel passed away during this period due to illness. In 2015, from over 200 applicants, he was invited as one of eight candidates to the final selection round of the Riccardo Muti Italian Opera Academy, judged by Muti himself. He learned within the academy through interactions with Muti and observations of his rehearsals. He lived in Berlin from the beginning of 2015 to the beginning of 2017 to study in Europe. During that time, I conducted orchestras throughout Europe, including the Orchestra Giovanni Luigi Cherubini (Italy), the North Czech Philharmonic (Czech Republic), the Bohuslav Martinů Orchestra (Czech Republic), and the George Enescu Philharmonic (Romania). In addition, he has conducted the Orchestra Ensemble Kanazawa, Japan Century Symphony Orchestra, Salzburg Chamber Soloists (Austria), Berlin Sinfonietta (Germany), Argovia Philharmonic (Switzerland), Cadaqués Orchestra (Spain), Castleton Festival Orchestra (USA), Bordighera Symphony Orchestra (Italy), State Academic Symphony Orchestra of Kazakhstan (Kazakhstan), Orchestra Magna Grecia (Italy), and Orchestra of Opera Royal de Wallonie-Liège (Belgium), among others. He has also conducted numerous orchestras, choirs, and opera performances within Japan.
As a composer, he premiered "Watercolor, Black and White" on June 1, 2024. On November 3, 2025, he is scheduled to premiere "Proof of Mysterious Existence," a work for a three-part orchestra and mixed chorus.
As a pianist, he simultaneously conducts and performs piano solos in repertoire including Gershwin's Rhapsody in Blue and Beethoven's Piano Concerto No. 1, and also works on solo and chamber music repertoire.
From April 2024, he will be a lecturer in the conducting department at Tokyo College of Music.

澤村 杏太朗(さわむら きょうたろう)（日本） Kyotaro Sawamura

千葉県出身。東京藝術大学指揮科を首席卒業後、イタリア・ミラノ音楽院 "ジュゼッペ・ヴェルディ" で指揮を学ぶ。三河正典、高関 健、山下一史、ヴィットーリオ・パリージらに師事。2021年、第9回 ルイージ・マンチネッリ国際オペラ指揮者コンクール第一位。副賞としてテアトロ・コッチャ(ノヴァーラ)で新作オペラ公演を指揮。2022年、市川市文化芸術奨励賞を受賞。2023年、東京・春・音楽祭にてリッカルド・ムーティの講習会を受講。これまで、新日本フィルハーモニー交響楽団、東京フィルハーモニー交響楽団、群馬交響楽団等と共演。新国立劇場、藤原歌劇団、日生劇場といったオペラ公演に副指揮者として貢献する傍ら、自らも数多くのオペラプロダクションで正指揮者を務める。交響曲とオペラ、両方の分野に広いレパートリーを持ち、豊かな歌心を軸にした音楽づくりが、共演者や聴衆から高い評価を得ている。2025年度より、愛知県立芸術大学に非常勤講師として勤務。

Born in Chiba Prefecture. After graduating at the top of his class from the conducting department of Tokyo University of the Arts, he studied conducting at the Milan Conservatory in Italy under Giuseppe Verdi. He studied under Masanori Mikawa, Ken Takaseki, Kazufumi Yamashita, and Vittorio Parisi, among others. In 2021, he won first prize at the 9th Luigi Mancinelli International Opera Conducting Competition. As a prize, he conducted a new opera performance at Teatro Coccia (Novara). In 2022, he received the Ichikawa City Cultural Arts Encouragement Award. In 2023, he attended a workshop with Riccardo Muti at the Tokyo Spring Music Festival. He has performed with orchestras such as the New Japan Philharmonic, Tokyo Philharmonic, and Gunma Symphony Orchestra. While contributing as an associate conductor to opera performances at the New National Theatre, Fujiwara Opera Company, and Nissay Theatre, he also serves as principal conductor for numerous opera productions. With a broad repertoire spanning both symphonies and operas, her music-making, centered on rich lyricism, has earned her high praise from collaborators and audiences alike. From 2025, she will be working as a part-time lecturer at Aichi Prefectural University of the Arts.

ニルス・フェルベーク（The Netherlands オランダ） Niels Verbeek

ロッテルダムのコダーツ音楽院で打楽器とティンパニの修士号を取得し、同音楽院で学士号も取得。それ以前は、フローニンゲンのプリンス・クラウス音楽院でジュニア学生として学んだ。現在は、ウィーンのリヒャルト・ワーグナー音楽院でオーケストラ指揮を学んでいる。
打楽器奏者、ティンパニ奏者としての活動に加え、アッセンのソマー室内管弦楽団やクラースワールの「ナ・ラング・ストレーヴェン」などのアンサンブルで指揮者としての経験を積む。
以前は、アイルランド国立交響楽団の首席ティンパニ奏者を務めていた。これまで、ロッテルダム・フィルハーモニー管弦楽団、レジデンティ管弦楽団、BBCコンサート・オーケストラなど、ヨーロッパ各地のオーケストラで打楽器奏者およびティンパニ奏者として幅広く演奏しており、ウェールズ国立歌劇場、オペラ・ノース、バーミンガム市交響楽団など、主要な公演にも参加している。

Niels Verbeek completed his Master of Music in Percussion and Timpani at the Codarts Conservatoire in Rotterdam, where he also obtained his Bachelor of Music. He previously studied at the Prins Claus Conservatoire in Groningen as a junior student. He is currently pursuing studies in orchestral conducting at the Richard Wagner Conservatoire in Vienna.
Alongside his work as a percussionist and timpanist, he has developed his conducting experience with ensembles including the Somer Chamber Orchestra in Assen and “Na Lang Streven” Klaaswaal.
He previously held the position of Principal Timpanist with the National Symphony Orchestra of Ireland. Verbeek has performed extensively as a percussionist and timpanist with orchestras across Europe, including the Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra, Residentie Orkest, BBC Concert Orchestra and has participated in trials with major institutions including the Welsh National Opera, Opera North, and the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra, among others.

児嶋顕一郎(こじまけんいちろう)（日本） Kenichiro Kojima

1991年東京生まれ。
2024/25年シーズンより、ドイツ・ノイブランデンブルク・フィルハーモニー管弦楽団およびノイシュトレーリッツ州立歌劇場の第1カペルマイスター（専属指揮者）兼ヘッドコーチを務めている。
5歳よりピアノを始め、高校卒業後の2011年にコンサートピアニストを志して渡独。2015年に右手の局所性ジストニアを発症したことを契機に指揮者の道を志すとともに、左手のためのピアノ作品の研究および演奏活動を開始した。
2024年にはハンブルク州立歌劇場にて音楽総監督ケント・ナガノのアシスタントを務めたほか、英国王立ノーザン音楽大学主催の指揮者コンクールにてファイナリストに選出された。現在の拠点であるノイブランデンブルク／ノイシュトレリッツでは、《マハゴニー市の興亡》《妖精》《サーカスの女王》《王の子供たち》《ルーナ夫人》《チャールダーシュの女王》《マイ・フェア・レディ》などの新制作を指揮。2026/27年シーズンには元旦公演《こうもり》を指揮するほか、《Marilyn! Forever》《The Shining》などの現代オペラ作品や、数多くのコンサートに取り組む予定である。
2023年、スウェーデンのマルメ歌劇場にて《ドン・ジョヴァンニ》を指揮してデビュー。びわ湖ホール芸術監督・阪哲朗の招きによりオペラセミナーに参加し、《コジ・ファン・トゥッテ》（2023年）、《フィガロの結婚》（2025年）を指揮、びわ湖ホール声楽アンサンブルおよび大阪交響楽団と共演した。2022～2023年にはグラーツ歌劇場にて音楽監督ローランド・クルティッヒのアシスタントを務め、グラーツ国立音楽大学では《修道女アンジェリカ》《魔笛》《劇場支配人》《美しきガラテア》《Mr. Emmet Takes a Walk》など数多くの作品を指揮した。
現代音楽の分野にも積極的に取り組み、2022年にはペーター・エトヴェシュの招きによりウンスク・チン《Fantaisie Mécanique》をブダペストにてハンガリー初演。2023年にはアン・デア・ウィーン劇場においてクラングフォーラム・ウィーンと共にエトヴェシュ《黄金のドラゴン》のプロダクションに参加した。またグラーツでは、急病の指揮者に代わりヘンリク・スナーデの新作オペラ《A Waiting》の初演を直前に引き継いで指揮し、Schallfeld Ensembleと共に成功を収めた。
ピアニストとして左手の演奏により国際コンクールで多数受賞。マンハッタン国際音楽コンクールにてグランプリを受賞しカーネギーホールにデビューしたほか、イーヴォ・ポゴレリッチよりポゴレリッチ賞を授与される。ビーゴ国際ピアノコンクールでは第3位およびマルタ・アルゲリッチによる審査員特別賞を受賞。2019年にはショートドキュメンタリー『LEFT HAND』を発表し、2023年には左手作品を収録したCDアルバム『Left Hand』をKNS Classicsよりリリースした。
ハンブルク音楽演劇大学ピアノ科にてステパン・シモニャンに師事した後、世界的ピアニスト、エリソ・ヴィルサラーゼの招きによりイタリア・フィエーゾレ音楽学校にて研鑽を積む。その後、グラーツ国立音楽大学指揮科にてマルク・ピオレおよびヴォルフガング・ヴェンゲンロートに師事し、2025年に同大学修士課程を修了。これまでにハンブルク交響楽団、グラーツ・フィルハーモニー管弦楽団、リンツ・ブルックナー管弦楽団、サヴァリア交響楽団、チェコ室内フィルハーモニー管弦楽団、モラヴィア・フィルハーモニー管弦楽団などを指揮。下野竜也、ベルトラン・ドゥ・ビリー、アレクサンダー・ソディー、マルクス・ポシュナー各氏のマスタークラスに参加している。

Born in Tokyo in 1991, Kenichiro Kojima is currently serving as First Kapellmeister and Head Coach at Theater und Orchester Neubrandenburg/Neustrelitz, Germany, since the 2024/25 season.
He began studying piano at the age of five and moved to Germany in 2011 after graduating from high school to pursue a career as a concert pianist. In 2015, following the onset of focal dystonia in his right hand, he decided to pursue conducting while simultaneously beginning an intensive exploration and performance practice of left-hand piano repertoire.
In 2024, he served as assistant to Generalmusikdirektor Kent Nagano at the Hamburg State Opera and was selected as a finalist in the conducting competition of the Royal Northern College of Music (UK). In Neubrandenburg/Neustrelitz, he has conducted new productions of Rise and Fall of the City of Mahagonny, Die Feen, Die Zirkusprinzessin, Königskinder, Frau Luna, Die Csárdásfürstin, and My Fair Lady. In the 2026/27 season, he will conduct the New Year’s performance of Die Fledermaus, alongside contemporary opera productions such as Marilyn! Forever and The Shining, as well as numerous symphonic concerts.
He made his operatic debut in 2023 with Don Giovanni at Malmö Opera (Sweden). Invited by Tetsuro Ban, Artistic Director of Biwako Hall, he conducted Così fan tutte (2023) and Le nozze di Figaro (2025) at the opera seminar, collaborating with the Biwako Hall Vocal Ensemble and the Osaka Symphony Orchestra. From 2022 to 2023, he worked as assistant to Music Director Roland Kluttig at Oper Graz, and conducted numerous productions at the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz, including Suor Angelica, Die Zauberflöte, Der Schauspieldirektor, Die schöne Galathée, and Mr. Emmet Takes a Walk.
He is also actively engaged in contemporary music. In 2022, he conducted the Hungarian premiere of Unsuk Chin’s Fantaisie Mécanique in Budapest at the invitation of Péter Eötvös. In 2023, he participated in the production of Eötvös’ The Golden Dragon with Klangforum Wien at Theater an der Wien. In Graz, he stepped in at short notice to conduct the world premiere of Henrik Snade’s opera A Waiting, leading the performance successfully with the Schallfeld Ensemble.
As a pianist, Kojima has received numerous prizes in international competitions specializing in left-hand repertoire. He won the Grand Prix at the Manhattan International Music Competition and made his debut at Carnegie Hall. He has also been awarded the Pogorelich Prize by Ivo Pogorelich, and at the Vigo International Piano Competition he received Third Prize and the Jury Special Prize from Martha Argerich. In 2019, he released the short documentary LEFT HAND, followed by his debut CD album Left Hand (KNS Classics) in 2023.
He studied piano at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hamburg with Stepan Simonian, and later continued his studies at the Scuola di Musica di Fiesole (Italy) under the guidance of Eliso Virsaladze. He subsequently studied conducting at the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz with Marc Piollet and Wolfgang Wengenroth, completing his Master’s degree in 2025. He has conducted orchestras including the Hamburg Symphony Orchestra, Graz Philharmonic, Bruckner Orchestra Linz, Savaria Symphony Orchestra, Czech Chamber Philharmonic, and Moravian Philharmonic, and has participated in masterclasses with Tatsuya Shimono, Bertrand de Billy, Alexander Soddy, and Markus Poschner.

佐久山 修太(さくやま しゅうた)（日本） Shuta Sakuyama

2025年よりNHK交響楽団指揮研究員として同団の公演に携わる。ヤマハマスタークラス、東京藝術大学で学ぶ。ピアニストとして東京フィルハーモニー交響楽団、神奈川フィルハーモニー管弦楽団等と共演。2019〜2021年度ヤマハ音楽振興会音楽支援制度奨学生。ヤマハピアノ演奏グレード2級(現在受験可能な最上位級)。宮田亮平奨学金受賞、同声会賞、大学院アカンサス音楽賞、台東区長賞受賞。演奏活動の他、作曲や編曲も手掛ける。
N響でファビオ・ルイージ氏をはじめ数多くの世界的指揮者のアシスタントを務め、鍵盤奏者としても度々公演・収録に参加している。

Since 2025, he has been involved in the NHK Symphony Orchestra's performances as a conducting research fellow. He studied at the Yamaha Master Class and Tokyo University of the Arts. As a pianist, he has performed with orchestras such as the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra and the Kanagawa Philharmonic Orchestra. He was a Yamaha Music Foundation scholarship recipient from 2019 to 2021. She holds a Yamaha Piano Performance Grade 2 (the highest grade currently available). He has received the Ryohei Miyata Scholarship, the Doseikai Award, the Graduate School Acanthus Music Award, and the Taito Ward Mayor's Award. In addition to performing, he also composes and arranges music.
He has served as an assistant to numerous world-renowned conductors, including Fabio Luisi, at the NHK Symphony Orchestra, and has frequently participated in performances and recordings as a keyboardist.

岡村 雄之典(おかむら ゆうのすけ)（日本） Yunosuke Okamura

1999年鎌倉市生まれ。
東京音楽大学付属高等学校、桐朋学園大学を経て、2020年に渡仏。 2025年、第59回ブザンソン国際指揮者コンクールにおいてファイナリストに選出され、本選大会に出場。
幼少よりピアノを学び、後に指揮および作曲へと転向。東京音楽大学付属高等学校在学中に自身の楽団を創設し、2021年まで活動を行う。 これまでにFestival Présences、パリ国立高等音楽院、エコールノルマル音楽院をはじめ、ヨーロッパ各地で指揮活動を行うほか、2025年3月に客演した、作曲家団体Symnapse主催「新・ラヴェル事件」では、SNSでトレンド入りするなど大きな反響を呼んだ。
また作曲家としても活動し、2023年および2024年にFestival Absenceにて新旧作が演奏されるほか、2025年にはDivertimento Ensemble（イタリア）のシーズンオープン公演にて自作が取り上げられ、ヨーロッパデビューを果たした。 現在パリ国立高等音楽院にてオンド・マルトノおよび指揮、セルジー＝ポントワーズ地方音楽院にて作曲を学んでいる。
これまでに指揮をJorma Panula、Rut Schereiner、阿部加奈子、川本貢司、三原明人、作曲をFrédéric Durieux、Yann Robin、 Yves Chauris、金子仁美、坂田直樹の各氏に師事。 フランス、パリ在住。

Born in Kamakura City in 1999.
After attending Tokyo College of Music High School and Toho Gakuen University, he moved to France in 2020. In 2025, he was selected as a finalist in the 59th Besançon International Conducting Competition and participated in the final round.
He studied piano from a young age and later switched to conducting and composition. While attending Tokyo College of Music High School, he founded his own orchestra, which he operated with until 2021. To date, he has conducted at various venues throughout Europe, including Festival Présences, the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris, and the École Normale de Musique de Paris. His guest appearance in March 2025 at the "New Ravel Affair," organized by the composers' group Symnapse, garnered significant attention and trended on social media.
He is also active as a composer, with both new and old works performed at Festival Absence in 2023 and 2024. In 2025, his own work was performed at the season-opening concert of the Divertimento Ensemble (Italy), marking his European debut. He is currently studying Ondes Martenot and conducting at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris, and composition at the Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional de Cergy-Pontoise. He has studied conducting with Jorma Panula, Rut Schereiner, Kanako Abe, Koji Kawamoto, and Akito Mihara, and composition with Frédéric Durieux, Yann Robin, Yves Chauris, Hitomi Kaneko, and Naoki Sakata. He resides in Paris, France.

マウロ・マリアー二（Italy イタリア） Mauro Mariani

第4回アルメリア国際指揮者コンクールで第1位、ソフィア国際指揮者コンクールで第2位およびオーケストラ賞（ソフィア・フィルハーモニー管弦楽団）を受賞。コロラド州アスペン音楽祭ではJ・コンロン指揮者賞を受賞。同音楽祭には、指揮フェローとして3年間招聘されている。
現在はストラスブール大学管弦楽団の音楽監督を務めており、同楽団ではドーラ・ペヤチェヴィチの交響曲のフランス初演など、数々のプロジェクトを指揮している。ワイマールでニコラス・パスケに師事し、ソフィア・グバイドゥーリナ、リッカルド・ムーティ、ルネ・フレミング、トン・コープマン、ハインリヒ・シフ、ヨルマ・パヌラなど、錚々たる指揮者のマスタークラスに参加した。
数百名の応募者の中から選ばれ、パーヴォ・ヤルヴィのチューリッヒ・トーンハレ管弦楽団指揮者アカデミー、ミルガ・グラジニーテ＝ティラ、ヤープ・ファン・ズヴェーデン、ヨハネス・シュレーフリのグシュタード指揮者アカデミー、ダニエレ・ガッティのキジアーナ音楽アカデミー、そしてペーテル・エトヴェシュのヨーロッパ創造アカデミー（アンサンブル・アルス・ノヴァ）とクリスティアン・マチェラルのカリフォルニア・カブリロ音楽祭の指揮者フェローに選出された。
今シーズン、ベルリン若手室内フィルハーモニー管弦楽団の音楽監督に就任し、ルツェルン交響楽団とニーダーライン交響楽団にデビュー、クレーフェルト・メンヒェングラートバッハ劇場でジュゼッペ・ヴェルディ作曲の『椿姫』を指揮した。また、フィレンツェ室内管弦楽団、バーリ都市圏交響楽団、ピテシュティ・フィルハーモニー管弦楽団といったオーケストラにも再び出演している。
バイロイト音楽祭の奨学生に選ばれ、271名の応募者の中、バンベルク交響楽団との共演による国際グスタフ・マーラー指揮者コンクールのファイナリストとして招待された。

Italian conductor Mauro Mariani is the winner of the 1st Prize at the IV Almeria International Conducting Competition, the 2nd Prize and the Orchestra Prize (Sofia Philharmonic) at the Sofia International Conducting Competition, and the J. Conlon Conductor Prize at the Aspen Music Festival in Colorado, where he was invited for three summers as a Conducting Fellow.
He is currently the Music Director of the Orchestre Universitaire de Strasbourg, with which he conducted, among other projects, the French premiere of Dora Pejacevics Symphony. He studied with Nicolás Pasquet in Weimar and took part in masterclasses with Sofia Gubaidulina, Riccardo Muti, Renée Fleming, Ton Koopman, Heinrich Schiff, Jorma Panula, among others.
Selected from hundreds of applicants, he was invited by Paavo Järvi to his Conductor’s Academy with the Tonhalle-Orchester Zürich; by Mirga Gražinytė-Tyla, Jaap van Zweden, and Johannes Schlaefli to the Gstaad Conducting Academy; by Daniele Gatti to the Accademia Musicale Chigiana; as a Conducting Fellow both by Péter Eötvös to the European Creative Academy (Ensemble Ars Nova) as well as by Cristian Măcelaru to the Cabrillo Festival in California.
This season, he takes on the musical direction of the Junge Kammerphilharmonie Berlin, makes his debut with the Lucerne Symphony and with the Niederrheinische Sinfoniker at Theater Krefeld und Mönchengladbach conducting La traviata by Giuseppe Verdi. He also returns to orchestras such as the Orchestra da Camera Fiorentina, the Orchestra Sinfonica Metropolitana di Bari, and the Filarmonica Pitesti.
He has been admitted to the scholarship program of the Bayreuther Festspiele and, selected from 271 applicants, was invited as a finalist to participate in the International Gustav Mahler Conducting Competition with the Bamberger Symphoniker.

西口 彰浩(にしぐち あきひろ) （日本）Akihiro Nishiguchi

東京音楽大学作曲指揮専攻（指揮）卒業、同大学大学院卒業。
指揮を広上淳一、田代俊文、増井信貴、米津俊広、三河正典、三原明人、高階正光、今村能の各氏に師事。
「東総の第九2017」にて東京音楽大学シンフォニーオーケストラの指揮を務めた他、東京音楽大学文化力発信プロジェクトの企画では長野県及び京都府の他、都内にても多数公演を行う。
近年では、セイジ・オザワ・マツモトフェスティバル2023年ステファン・ドゥネーブ氏、2025年にはエッシェンバッハ氏と合唱指揮者として共演。2022〜2026東京・春・音楽祭にて、NHK交響楽団指揮マレク・ヤノフスキ氏による「ローエングリン」、「マイスタージンガー」、「トリスタンとイゾルデ」、「パルジファル」、「グレの歌」、NHK交響楽団定期公演ファビオ・ルイージ氏によるリスト作曲「ファウスト交響曲」、シャルル・デュトワ氏、メシアン作曲「神の現存についての3つの小典礼」などで合唱指揮者を務めた他、東京都交響楽団、広島交響楽団などでも共演。その他、各地のオーケストラ、吹奏楽団などの指揮、指導を行う。現在東京音楽大学指揮科 助手

Graduated from Tokyo College of Music with a degree in Composition and Conducting (Conducting), and completed graduate studies at the same university.
Studied conducting under Junichi Hirokami, Toshifumi Tashiro, Nobutaka Masui, Toshihiro Yonezu, Masanori Mikawa, Akito Mihara, Masamitsu Takashina, and Yoshio Imamura.
He conducted the Tokyo College of Music Symphony Orchestra at "Toso's Ninth Symphony 2017," and has also conducted numerous performances in Nagano Prefecture, Kyoto Prefecture, and Tokyo as part of the Tokyo College of Music Cultural Promotion Project.
In recent years, he has collaborated as a choral conductor with Stéphane Denève at the Seiji Ozawa Matsumoto Festival in 2023 and with Eschenbach in 2025. From 2022 to 2026, he served as choral conductor for works such as "Lohengrin," "Die Meistersinger," "Tristan und Isolde," "Parsifal," and "Gurre-Lieder" conducted by Marek Janowski with the NHK Symphony Orchestra, as well as Liszt's "Faust Symphony" conducted by Fabio Luisi at the NHK Symphony Orchestra's regular concerts, and Messiaen's "Three Little Liturgies on the Presence of God" conducted by Charles Dutoit. He has also collaborated with the Tokyo Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra and the Hiroshima Symphony Orchestra, among others. In addition, he conducts and instructs orchestras and wind ensembles in various locations. He is currently an assistant in the conducting department at Tokyo College of Music.

佐藤 秀義(さとう ひでよし)（日本） Hideyoshi Sato

神奈川県横浜市出身。東京音楽大学指揮科を卒業後、ウィーン国立音楽大学に留学。
2024年度日本製鉄文化財団指揮研修生オーディションに合格し、紀尾井ホール室内管弦楽団でアシスタントを務める他、読売日本交響楽団、東京フィルハーモニー交響楽団、東京シティ・フィルハーモニック管弦楽団にて研鑽を積む。
指揮を広上淳一、田代俊文、三河正典、高関健、下野竜也の各氏に師事。
これまでにヨハン・シュトラウス一家の作品を数多く指揮するほか、ウィーン・シュトラウス研究所主催の国際シンポジウム„Tanz-Signale“に参加するなど、シュトラウス王朝をはじめとしたウィーン音楽の演奏および研究をライフワークとしている。

Born in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture. After graduating from the conducting department of Tokyo College of Music, he studied at the Vienna University of Music and Performing Arts.
In 2024, he passed the Nippon Steel Cultural Foundation Conducting Trainee Audition and served as an assistant with the Kioi Hall Chamber Orchestra. He also honed his skills with the Yomiuri Nippon Symphony Orchestra, Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra, and Tokyo City Philharmonic Orchestra.
He studied conducting under Junichi Hirokami, Toshifumi Tashiro, Masanori Mikawa, Ken Takaseki, and Tatsuya Shimono.
He has conducted numerous works by the Johann Strauss family and participated in the international symposium "Tanz-Signale" organized by the Vienna Strauss Institute, making the performance and research of Viennese music, particularly the Strauss dynasty, his life's work.
Currently, he is a conducting researcher at Tokyo College of Music, a director of the Japan Johann Strauss Society, and a member of the Vienna Strauss Institute.

松村 詩史(まつむら しふみ)（日本） Shifumi Matsumura

大阪府岸和田市生まれ。
慶應義塾大学文学部美学美術史学専攻にて音楽美学を学び、同大学を卒業後、東京音楽大学音楽学部作曲指揮専攻（指揮）に入学する。
これまでに、指揮を広上淳一、田代俊文、増井信貴、時任康文、三河正典、船橋洋介、ピアノを森早苗、野田清隆、川端千絵、ヴァイオリンを舘市正克、尺八を柿堺香、音楽理論を植田彰の各氏に師事。
また、東京音楽大学在学中に、ボリス・ベルキン氏、故汐澤安彦氏のマスタークラスを受講した。
東京音楽大学卒業後より学内外で広上淳一氏のアシスタントを務め、2022年夏に開催された「グランシップ音楽の広場」では急病のために降板した氏の代役に指名され、野平一郎氏の新作《祝祭の打〜煇け五大陸〜》（和太鼓：林英哲氏、英哲風雲の会）の世界初演を含む公演を成功に導いた。
首都圏をはじめとする各地のオーケストラや合唱の指揮・指導をおこなうかたわら、テレビドラマ『相棒』への音楽制作協力・指揮者役としての出演や、グリーグ《劇音楽『ペール・ギュント』》の語りを務めるなど、活動の幅を広げている。
2025年、「公益財団法人山田貞夫音楽財団 第7回指揮者オーディション」にて、特選（第1位）ならびに山田貞夫音楽賞を受賞。
2019年4月から2026年3月まで東京音楽大学指揮研究員を務め、2026年4月よりセントラル愛知交響楽団のアソシエイトコンダクターを務める。

Born in Kishiwada City, Osaka Prefecture.
Studied music aesthetics at the Department of Aesthetics and Art History, Faculty of Letters, Keio University, and after graduating from the same university, entered the Department of Composition and Conducting (Conducting) at the Faculty of Music, Tokyo College of Music.
To date, has studied conducting with Junichi Hirokami, Toshifumi Tashiro, Nobutaka Masui, Yasufumi Tokito, Masanori Mikawa, and Yosuke Funabashi; piano with Sanae Mori, Kiyotaka Noda, and Chie Kawabata; violin with Masakatsu Tateichi; shakuhachi with Kaori Kakizakai; and music theory with Akira Ueda.
While at Tokyo College of Music, also participated in masterclasses with Boris Belkin and the late Yasuhiko Shiozawa.
After graduating from Tokyo College of Music, he served as an assistant to Junichi Hirokami both inside and outside the university. In the summer of 2022, at the "Grandship Music Square," he was appointed as a replacement for Hirokami when he had to withdraw due to sudden illness, and successfully led the performance, including the world premiere of Ichiro Nodaira's new work, "Festival Drums ~Brightening Five Continents~" (Japanese drums: Eitetsu Hayashi, Eitetsu Fuun no Kai).
While conducting and instructing orchestras and choirs in the Tokyo metropolitan area and other regions, he has also expanded his activities by collaborating on music production and appearing as a conductor in the TV drama "Aibou," and narrating Grieg's "Peer Gynt" incidental music.
In 2025, he received the Special Prize (1st place) and the Sadao Yamada Music Award at the 7th Yamada Sadao Music Foundation Conductor Audition.
From April 2019 to March 2026, he served as a conducting research fellow at Tokyo College of Music, and from April 2026, he will serve as Associate Conductor of the Central Aichi Symphony Orchestra.

吉原 かれん(よしはら かれん)（日本） Karen Yoshihara

2002年姫路市生まれ　兵庫県出身。
3歳よりヴァイオリンおよびピアノを始める。
京都市立京都堀川音楽高等学校音楽科指揮専攻を卒業。
東京音楽大学作曲指揮専攻（指揮コース）を卒業。
2023年にジョン・アクセルロッド、2024年および2025年にボリス・ベルキンによる指揮公開マスタークラスを受講。
2026年春にヨルマ・パヌラによる指揮ワークショップを受講。
これまでに指揮を高谷光信、藏野雅彦、広上淳一、増井信貴、田代俊文、三河正典、喜古恵理香、三原明人の各氏に師事。
また、ヴァイオリンを杉江洋子、打楽器を宅間斉、久保昌一、ピアノを佐藤彦大、明石幸大、音楽理論を田島亘祥、鈴木華重子、日野原秀彦、荒尾岳児、吉田美香、植田彰、クラリネットを重松希巳江、声楽を中塚雅敏、浅井隆仁、中丸和美の各氏に師事。

She also studied violin with Yoko Sugie, percussion with Hitoshi Takuma and Shoichi Kubo, piano with Hikohiro Sato and Koda Akashi, music theory with Nobuyoshi Tajima, Kaeko Suzuki, Hidehiko Hinohara, Takeji Arao, Mika Yoshida, and Akira Ueda, clarinet with Kimie Shigematsu, and vocal music with Masatoshi Nakatsuka, Takahito Asai, and Kazumi Nakamaru.
